About me
I came to real estate after more than two decades in technology, building products and leading teams at companies including Google, Intel, Jawbone, and Flock Safety. That experience taught me to navigate complexity, ask better questions, and turn large amounts of information into thoughtful decisions.
As I became more involved in real estate, one thing kept bothering me: we often have more structured information available when buying an everyday product online than we do when making one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives. That gap stayed with me and eventually led me to build QountOn, helping turn complex property information into deeper insight and greater clarity.
Today, I bring that same mindset to my work with buyers and sellers: listen closely, dig deeper, think ahead, and help my clients make confident decisions they can stand behind for years to come.
The true value of a property comes from understanding both what it is today and what it can become.
Whether I am representing a buyer or a seller, my role is to help clients see the complete picture, including the condition of the property, its opportunities, its risks, and the decisions that can shape its value over time.
I believe the best real estate decisions come from combining market knowledge with a deeper understanding of the property itself. For buyers, that means looking beyond the purchase price to understand what it may take to maintain, improve, and truly make a home their own. For sellers, it means understanding how to position a property thoughtfully, highlight its strengths, and prepare it for the market in a way that supports its full potential.
That belief is also what led me to build QountOn, bringing greater clarity, deeper property insight, and more thoughtful planning to real estate decisions.
My goal is simple: to help my clients make confident, informed decisions they can stand behind at closing and for years to come.
